The dentists and office staff would like to welcome you and your children to Riverdale Pediatric Dentistry. As you may or may not know, a Pediatric Dentist is a dentist who has undergone a rigorous and specialized two to three year training program beyond dental school that uniquely prepares them to care for your child's special dental needs. The pediatric patient generally requires a different treatment approach than do adult patients.

Children are not "small adults" neither physiologically nor psychologically. It is our goal to provide your child with the highest quality of dental care consistent with the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry guidelines.

Pediatric dental care is the best choice for your child. The American Academy of Pediatric dentistry recommends children visit a dentist by one year of age. Drs. Darcy and Michelle dedicate their careers to helping deliver healthy smiles to your children and to stress the importance of finding a good dental home for your children early on. This will lead to healthy smiles for you and your children as they grow and develop.

Dr. Darcy and Dr. Michelle exclusively treat children, adolescents, and special needs patients. Just as parents choose a pediatrician for their childrens' medical needs, they should also select a pediatric dentist for their childrens' dental needs.

Please Note: All office forms are required for first-time patients. For your convenience they are able to be printed out then completed by you at your convenience. Please bring all completed forms with you to your appointment. Thank you!

Dr. Darcy Rindelaub and Dr. Michelle Meiser provide dental care to children of all ages by:

• Appropriately managing childrens' behavioral needs during appointments
• Appropriately managing children and adolescents with special needs
• Encouraging parental participation in the treatment of their children
• Providing a plan to treat and prevent tooth decay
• Utilizing hospital care, when needed, for children who require extensive dental treatment

Monday ~ 10am - 6pm
Tuesday ~ 10am - 6pm
Wednesday ~ 8am - 4pm
Thursday ~ 8am - 4pm
Friday ~ 8am - 2pm
Saturday ~ During School Year Only, 2 Per Month, 8am - 1pm
Sunday ~ Closed
